Bench top gravity water purifiers are an established, reliable and cost effective method of water filtration. The Filter Candles offered are an Australian made water filter candle using the efficient, well proven ceramic micro-porous ceramic candle, containing activated carbon.

 This product  filters out or greatly reduces Chlorine, Chloroform (predominant THM), Lindane, Chlordane, Dieldrin, E-coli (bacteria), Giardia, Cyptosporidium (Cysts), Aluminium, Copper, Lead, suspended solids such as rust, dirt,  down to one micron, amoeba, unpleasant taste and odour, among other things .

Each filter candle should be replaced approx. every six months or about 1000 litres.
